• 1990

    • In the city of Burgas, eng. Velcho Damyanov and eng. Valentin Martinov established CD ”Damyanov-Martinov”. Since the beginning the main activity of the company is designing of HVAC installations.

  • 1996

    • The first Air-Handling Unit is produced.

  • 2000

    • The company starts to develop standard sizes of Air-Handling Units and becomes the first one in Bulgaria in that relation.

  • 2004

    • In 2004 year - company ‘’Damyanov Clima” Ltd is established, which succeed 60% of the capital and the whole production structure of “Damyanov-Martinov Clima” Ltd.

    • The company starts working on development of its own selection software for AHU`s. The first version of the program- AHU 6. “Damyanov Clima”Ltd. is the first and still the only manufacturer in Bulgaria with such software.

  • 2005

    • In October 2005 the first big investment of the new company is made - the building of the new factory is started. Only for 1 year the factory is finished, including covered production and storage areas and office buildings.

  • 2005

    • Creating the first ever made in Bulgaria AHU with air-to-air recovery and heat pump – Max.E. The unit is officially presented at the International Technical Fair Plovdiv 2005.

  • 2008

    • In 2008 the management of the company takes the long considered and important decision for splitting up the two main activities - engineering and production.

    • The production activity goes under the name - DamVent and since 01/01/2009 all products will be produced under this brand while the engineering activity and services will be accomplished from another company, named Damyanov Clima Engineering.

  • 2009

    • In early 2009 global financial crises was felt more significantly in Bulgaria. This made Damvent to take the difficult road to restructuring. All efforts were directed solely to the development and improvement of “complex solutions” of the type max.e.

  • 2010

    • The first representation offices are announced – Damvent-Denmark and Damvent Romania.

    • The first version of the specialized software for selection of “e-conomizers” - “DV_Select” was already a fact. Thus Damvent ranks among the few companies which have developed a similar powerful tool

    • Damvent showed its first prototype of its second generation “e-conomizer “- max.e2 along with the second version of the selection software of “e-conomizers” – “DV_Select”

    • Damvent United Kingdom - representation office.

    • The first and unique hybrid air-handling unit - max.e DH for Sri Lanka.
