Q: "Can you tell us a bit about your Business?"
"Essentially, we started as a side business whilst doing other things.
The primary reason being that many of the companies we were working with had a level of customer service that was below expectations.
We saw an opportunity to be a distributor who worked harder for the customer and offer services that were different to the large corporates.
They were all about profit and turnover, we were focused on customer care, and that allowed us to play to our strengths.
We also believed that there is nothing better than working for yourself.
We are not chasing money. We are offering a service, and we are contributing something to the customer, the result of top-quality service, with a smile, will be profit."
Q: What motivates you now?
We aim to grow our business to a decent level alongside Damvent and all the partners we work with.
This is how we prefer to work; we feel like we are part of a family, helping everyone to succeed together.
"We like to work in diverse areas, and we like to learn about new technologies & new projects.
It is important for us to be known as the company that solves the customers' headache, there is a lot of knowledge missing in the industry, and we are relied upon to give service and advice; that is what motivates us daily."
Q: What's next?
"To really focus on this business, which we started this year, obtain growth & maybe bring in more people and put some fun back into the industry, something we feel is needed!
Picking the right projects and expanding our customer base is also key to our next move.
Our focus for Damvent is to promote their technology through knowledge rather than viewing it as ‘here is a product we offer’.
For us this is what it’s all about, we spent 2-3 years looking for the right manufacturer, and we only want to work with the best in their field.
